ASPCA!!!!!

When you see animals in the ASPCA shelter some people think, "Wow one day they are going to die, why do people do this to these poor animals they because have feelings too." And some dog  owners abuse their dogs. Do you think that that is ok? Please comment below...
When you see dogs and cats in the shelter knowing that they are going to die some day then why don't you adopt one? Try to have a good heart. They have feelings because on TV  I once heard that they know at least 100 of the words you say...
